Difficulty:
Normal

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Serving size: 4

Ingredients

  • 6 IBIS Chocolate Rolls
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 apples
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g sugar

Also:

  • baking dish (approx. 20 x 20 cm)
  • butter for the mold
  • chocolate sauce for garnish

Instruction

  1. Fill an ovenproof dish with water and place it in the bottom of the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and distribute the IBIS Chocolate Rolls in it. Wash the lemon with hot water, rub 1 teaspoon of the zest and squeeze out 1 teaspoon of juice.
  3. Wash and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the flesh into slices. Mix in a bowl with the lemon juice, then distribute between the IBIS Chocolate Rolls.
  4. Whisk the sour cream, milk, eggs, vanilla pudding powder and sugar together. Pour over the apples and in the spaces between the baking dish (not over the Chocolate Rolls).
  5. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  6. Remove the casserole and serve garnished with chocolate sauce while still warm.
