Do you have leftover bread after the barbecue and don't want to throw it away? Then you can try out our recipe for savoury muffins the next day and have a great way to use leftovers that is also really tasty. For our recipe, we used the new IBIS Pita Sticks and they are great! Our new pita sticks are ideal for barbecue sauces and dips and can be placed on the grill right next to the other food. Then the bread side dish is ready in no time. Give them a try!

For leftovers, we turn the pita sticks into hearty muffins with mountain cheese and ham (for a vegetarian version, simply omit the ham). You can enjoy them warm but also cold. Then leave the muffins to cool completely in the paper moulds - they are easy to transport and enjoy to go.

Tip: Instead of IBIS Pita Sticks, you can also use leftover IBIS Stone Oven Baguette or IBIS Ciabatta for this recipe.
