Our Pane di Napoli comes directly from beautiful Naples, where it is formed by hand from pizza dough and baked in a stone oven.

There are countless delicious ways to top our Pane di Napoli.

Whether classic with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and pesto or more unusual toppings, hot or cold - Pane di Napoli is always a delight. Be inspired by our ideas or simply create your own personal favorite.

Enjoy warm with: Tomato sauce, tasty olives, cheese, capers, anchovies and fresh basil

  • Spread tomato sauce on the Pane di Napoli and sprinkle with a few red chili rings
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese
  • Top with some anchovies, capers and olives
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted
  • Finally, garnish with fresh basil

Coated with rosemary cream, topped with halloumi, grilled pointed peppers and garnished with balsamic cream

  • Cook the pointed peppers in the oven, peel off the skin and then grill
  • Rosemary cream: Yoghurt mixed with pureed rocket, pureed rosemary, salt and pepper
  • Grill the halloumi, pat dry and then marinate in garlic-rosemary oil, garnished with balsamic cream

Spread with paprika hummus and topped with falafel, pickled red onions and salad

  • Hummus made from chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, sesame paste and grilled peppers from the jar. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Garlic sauce made from 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper
  • Sweet and sour pickled red onions

Spread with hollandaise sauce, topped with spinach, poached egg and garnished with crispy bacon and sprouts

  • Steam the spinach
  • Fry the bacon until crispy
  • Poach the egg
  • Place the spinach, poached egg, bacon and sprouts on the baked pani de Napoli
  • Top with hollandaise sauce
