  • A large portion of desire to grill

Instruction

Austrians and schnitzel fans will curse me forever. I had a dream and I just did it. I married a burger with a Wiener schnitzel. It was worth it. Try it out for yourself.

What do you need for my wiener schnitzel charolais burger?

Preparation/construction instructions:
Take the burger pattie out of the fridge and set aside.
Thinly slice the tomato and cucumber as desired. Wash and drain a handful of lettuce and set aside.
Mix the honey mustard sauce with the cranberries and leave to infuse.
Prepare a Wiener Schnitzel or a Schnitzel Viennese style and keep warm (do not let the Schnitzel cool down).
Now prepare the grill. It is best to work on a plancha or fire plate. The temperature should be 180-200 °C. Otherwise, you can also use direct heat on a gas or charcoal grill.
Now grill the burger patties to your liking, season with salt and pepper. After the first turn, place a slice of cheese on the pattie and let it melt. At the same time, lightly butter the halves of the IBIS brioche buns and toast them briefly on the grill on the cut surface.
When the pattie is ready, assemble it:
Brush the underside of the burger bun with BBQ sauce. Place the bed of lettuce on top. Place the cucumber slices (slightly fanned out) in a circle on top of the lettuce.
Place the burger pattie with the melted cheese on top. Now honey mustard cranberry sauce on the pattie. Place the tomato on top.
Now comes the schnitzel! Top this on the tomato and top with 1 tsp cranberries. Place the IBIS brioche bun lid on top and you're done!
Enjoy your meal
