Pull-apart breads with cranberry-camembert filling from the grill

  • 1 pack of IBIS Grill-Baguettes
  • 200g camembert
  • 50g butter
  • 75g cranberries from the glass
  • black pepper from the mill
  • salt


  1. Do not bake the IBIS Grill-Baguettes, but simply take them out of the packaging and make a deep cut on the top side at a distance of just under 2 cm. Make sure that the baguettes are not cut through.
  2. Cut the camembert into slices and spread the baguette slices. Melt the butter in the microwave, mix with the cranberries and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the slices as well.
  3. Grill the IBIS Grill-Baguettes indirectly in a ball grill at medium heat for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the baguettes are wonderfully crispy.
  4. For serving, spread the pull-apart-breads on plates so that everyone can break off a slice of delicious topping.

Tip: Outside the barbecue season, the baguettes can also be baked in the oven at 180°C on the bottom shelf.
