Niklas & Tim's Christmas Trifle

Serving size: 3 glasses


  • 250 g Lecker Bäcker Mini Brownies Gluten-free
  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 g speculoos
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 marshmallow
  • 500 g low-fat quark


  1. Place the speculoos in a large freezer bag and roll over them with a rolling pin until the biscuits are roughly crumbled.
  2. Whip the cream until semi-stiff.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and quark briefly with a whisk. Add 100 ml milk and mix to a soft cream. Stir in a little more milk if necessary if the crème is too firm. Fold the cream into the cream cheese crème.
  4. Layer the biscuit crumbs & crème in several layers in a glass or similar.
