Difficulty:
Easy

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Serving size: 35 pieces

Ingredients

  • 420g IBIS Mini Cakes Lemon
  • 50g soft butter
  • 60g double cream cheese
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 400g chocolate coating
  • 35 shashlik skewers
  • food coloring

Instruction

Step 1: Remove the IBIS Mini Cakes Lemon from the packaging and crumble them finely with your fingers. Mix the butter, cream cheese and the icing sugar together. If you want to be experimental, you can also add food coloring to the dough. Then add the dough to the crumbled IBIS Mini Cakes Lemon and mix everything together.

Step 2: Form small balls from the dough and then put them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that the ball shape does not fall apart later. Afterwards melt the chocolate coating and pour it into a container. Now take the shashlik skewers and dip them into the coating and then into the balls. Put them in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes and let them dry.

Step 3: Finally, dip the Cake Pops upside down in the chocolate coating and let them dry. Then place them in a cup so that the Cake Pops keep their round shape. Then you can decorate the Cake Pops as you like. In our case we simply put some sprinkles on the Cake Pops, but you can be as creative as you like.

Have fun making our traffic light Cake Pops!
