  • 1 pack of IBIS Butter Stars “Marble”
  • 6 oranges
  • 6 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 100 g cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 1 p. vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Also:

  • 1 tsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar decoration gold stars
  • 4 sparklers to decorate

Instruction

Carefully crumble the butter stars and place in a bowl. Peel the oranges together with the white skin and cut out the fillets. Cut into approx. 2 cm pieces and mix with the orange liqueur in a bowl.

Whip the cream until stiff. Whisk together the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and cinnamon, then fold in the cream.

Divide the butter star pieces between 4 glasses. Top with the marinated oranges and then the cream. Cover the glasses and chill for at least an hour in the fridge.
