Lavash oriental style

  • 4 IBIS Lavash
  • 200g feta cheese
  • cream cheese
  • 200g emmental cheese
  • jalapeños
  • cherry tomatos
  • 1/2 bunch fresh basil
  • butter


  1. Break the IBIS Lavash into sqaures.
  2. Cut the fresh ingredients as small as possible (tomatos, feta cheese, jalapeños and basil).
  3. Spread the first IBIS Lavash layer with cream cheese.
  4. Cover it with feta cheese and basil afterwards.
  5. Then top it with another layer of IBIS Lavash and spread it with cream cheese.
  6. On top of this layer comes the emmental cheese, the chopped jalapeños and the cherry tomatos.
  7. Place the last layer of IBIS Lavash on top and spread butter on it.
  8. First heat the butter in the pan and place the prepared IBIS Lavash on top.
  9. Fry it until golden brown.
  10. Enjoy the finished dish!
