Lavash Börek

Ingredients


  • 1 packet IBIS Lavash
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • A dash of sunflower oil


For the coating

  • 1 packet of feta
  • 2 handfuls parsley

Instruction

Mix the milk, yoghurt, egg and sunflower oil in a bowl. Split the lavash bread in half and dip in the milk-yoghurt mixture. Chop the feta and mix with the parsley in a bowl. Place the soaked lavash in a pan and spread the feta mixture on top. Then layer another layer of the soaked lavash on top and add the feta mixture again. Finish with another soaked lavash. Bake each side on the lowest setting in the pan for about 10 minutes. That's it! A very tasty and simple recipe from me to you. Hope everyone likes it! Give it a try.
