  • 60 g milk chocolate coating
  • 3 tbsp. brittle
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate rolls
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Spray cream

For the shakes:

  • 250 g chocolate ice cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • Chocolate sauce

Also:

  • 4 long wooden skewers
  • 2 stainless steel drinking straws
  • edible chocolate Mikado sticks

Instruction

Place the IBIS Children's Croissants with nut nougat filling on a piece of baking paper. Chop the milk chocolate coating and melt over a hot water bath while stirring. Brush all 4 ends of the croissants with half of the liquid couverture and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brittle on top of the still soft icing.

With the remaining liquid couverture, irregularly coat the outside of the glass rims and cover the still soft icing with 1 tablespoon of brittle and 1 tablespoon of chocolate rolls. Allow everything to dry and harden.

For the shake, mix chocolate ice cream with milk until creamy. Drizzle the inside of the glasses with chocolate sauce, then pour in the shake. Top everything off lavishly with drizzled cream, sprinkle with remaining brittle and remaining chocolate rolls and drizzle with a little chocolate sauce. Then put the IBIS Children's Croissants on two skewers each and decorate the shakes with them. Insert 2 straws into each and decorate the Freak Shakes with edible Mikado sticks.
