Bread raclette

1 package IBIS Focaccia (230 g)
200 ml strained tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt
Pepper
75 g spicy salami
50 g pitted black olives
125 g grated mozzarella
Cut the IBIS focaccia to fit the raclette pans. First place on the hot surface of the appliance and toast.
Pour the strained tomatoes into a bowl. Peel and press the garlic, stir in the oregano, a little salt, and pepper.
Cut the salami into strips. Cut the olives into rings. Divide both between small bowls. Put the mozzarella in a bowl too.
Divide the focaccia between the pans. Spread with tomato sauce, top with salami and olives, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook for approx. 6 minutes until the cheese has melted.
