Winter is a cosy time of year for many, but for some it is the most difficult challenge of the year. For homeless people, this phase can be life-threatening. Fortunately, there are the volunteer cold helpers from Johanniter GmbH in Aachen. They look after these people in need. They are there with a heart and an open ear for their worries or just for a chat. The heroes are out and about at night, because at this time the homeless can hardly expect help from others. During the day, they can turn to various organisations. But at night they are usually left to fend for themselves.
This year, we are once again actively supporting the heroes of the night from November to March with our IBIS products. It is a matter close to our hearts to support the social commitment of the cold weather helpers. Would you like to do something too? Then take a look at the Kältehelfer.
