Difficulty:
Normal

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serving size: 4

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Gouda
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • Besides:
  • 2 teaspoons piri piri at your discretion (spicy Portuguese chili sauce)
  • 4 wooden handles

Instruction

First cut the milk rolls in half horizontally and spread a little butter on each cut side.

2. cut the Gouda slices in half. Place half a slice of cheese on each IBIS milk roll half. Then cut the ham slices to the size of the roll and cover the lower halves of the roll with the cooked ham. Place another half slice of cheese on each.

3. place a wooden stick on each lower roll half so that about half is inside the roll and the other half sticks out. Now place another half slice of cheese on top, drizzle some Piri Piri on top and then place the upper half of the roll on top. Press everything well together.

4. toast the IBIS milk rolls with stalk in portions in the sandwich maker for about 4 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately and add more piri piri as desired.

TIP: You do not have a sandwich maker? No problem. Fry the rolls on a stick with some butter in a grill pan on both sides for about 6 minutes. It is important that you press the buns down during this time so that everything is well connected.
