Sweet bread raclette

Ingredients


  • 200 g IBIS brioche
  • 150 g milk chocolate
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 g drained sour cherries from a jar

Instruction

Cut the IBIS brioche to fit the raclette pans. First place it on the hot surface of the appliance and toast it. Grate the chocolate.

Spread butter on the brioche and divide it between the pans. Add the cherries and sprinkle with chocolate. Cook for approx. 5 minutes until the chocolate has just melted.
