Difficulty:
Easy

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serving size: 32 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 packet IBIS Lavash
  • 3 red onions
  • 150 g streaky bacon to taste
  • 150 g Gouda
  • 400 g sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch chives

Instruction

Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Unfold the lavash and lay flat on the work surface.

Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. If using bacon, cut it into small cubes. Grate the Gouda and mix with the sour cream. Season the cream with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into small rolls.

Spread the sour cream mixture on the lavash. Spread the onion rings on top and the bacon if you like. As not all the loaves will fit on the tray, work in batches and bake the loaves on the top shelf for about 10 minutes until the cream starts to brown. Take out, slide onto a wooden board, sprinkle with some chive rolls and then divide into 8 small squares with the pizza cutter. Continue in this way until everything is used up.

The tarte flambée pieces are delicious warm, lukewarm or cold.

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes (plus baking time)
