Brain snacks for Halloween

Using a glass, cut out 4 circles of 7 cm diameter from the roll halves and toast them in the toaster until crispy.
Puree the cooked beetroot until smooth. Whisk the cream cheese with salt, horseradish and pepper. Whisk in the beetroot puree by the teaspoon until the desired light pink colour is achieved. Then fill the cream into a piping bag with a small nozzle.
Spread the remaining beetroot puree in a thin strip in the centre of the cut sides of the bun halves. To the left and right of this, pipe the cream in serpentine lines.
Baste each brain snack with 1 tablespoon of beetroot juice and decorate with decorative spiders or maggots as desired.
