Aromatic bread and vegetable skewers with halloumi

Ingredients


  • 1 packet IBIS BBQ Rolls Tomato & Basil or Chilli & Herbs de Provence
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g halloumi
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 70 ml olive oil

Also:

  • Yoghurt dip or hummus to serve

Instruction

Cut the BBQ buns into small cubes by cutting each of the 9 squares into quarters. Peel the onions, cut into quarters and separate into individual segments. Halve the pepper, clean, wash and cut into pieces about the same size as the bun cubes. Also dice the halloumi.

Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Finely chop the rosemary needles and add to the garlic. Add some salt, strong pepper and the olive oil and mix everything together. Add to the bread in the bowl and mix all the ingredients together with your hands. Then thread alternately onto skewers.

Grill on the barbecue on not too high heat for 3-4 minutes on all sides until everything is nice and crispy. Enjoy with a yoghurt dip or hummus, for example.
