Spelt milk rolls
In addition to the IBIS milk rolls that have been a favourite for decades, there is now a new variety that is a popular alternative to wheat flour: IBIS Spelt Milk Rolls. Spelt is richer in fibre and protein than comparable wheat pastries, as it contains more vitamins and nutrients. Spelt flour gives the milk rolls their aromatic and delicately nutty flavour and a moist, soft crumb, which makes for a delicious change.
What's more, the new IBIS spelt milk rolls can be eaten in a variety of ways: sweet and savoury are a delight and suitable both "to go" and "at home".
