For 4 persons:

  • 4 IBIS Brioche Burgers
  • 1 bag of salad mix leaves
  • 8 tablespoons ready-made cocktail sauce
  • 4 burger patties
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • Crispy potato sticks
  • Radish sprouts
  • Oil
  • Sea salt and pepper
  1. briefly toast the brioche burger buns in a grill pan or on the grill until golden brown.
  2. cut the pointed peppers and the onion into fine rings and fry them with a little oil in the pan and put them aside on a plate.
  3. heat the oil in the pan and fry the burger patties on both sides and season with sea salt and pepper - alternatively cook on the grill.
  4. Place the brioche burger bases on a preheated plate. Spread the salad mix on top and drizzle generously with the cocktail sauce. Place the patty on top of the lettuce and top with potato sticks, radish sprouts and the fried onion and pepper rings as desired.
  5. Finally, place the top half of the brioche burger on top.

Sweet potato fries with guacamole

For 4 people:

  • 1 bag sweet potato fries (frozen)

For the guacamole:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Chilli fritters to garnish
  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. remove the flesh from the avocado with a spoon and put it into a bowl.
  3. add the crème fraîche to the flesh and mix with a fork to a creamy consistency.
  4. then season with lime juice, sea salt and pepper.
  5. Prepare the sweet potato fries according to the instructions.
  6. Serve the sweet potato fries with the guacamole and garnish with the chilli flakes.

Sweet Brioche Burger 

For 4 persons:

  • 4 IBIS brioche burgers
  • 8 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 2 stalks of mint
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
  1. Wash and pluck the mint leaves and cut into fine strips.
  2. Toast the burger buns briefly in a frying pan or on the grill.
  3. Spread the vanilla yoghurt on the underside of the brioche buns.
  4. Spread the raspberries and blueberries and sprinkle with mint strips and icing sugar.
  5. Then cover with the top burger bun.
