INTERNORGA - Leading international trade fair for the entire out-of-home market

INTERNORGA is the leading international trade fair for the hotel, catering, bakery and confectionery industries. As the annual meeting place for these sectors, it will take place from 8 to 12 March 2024 in the heart of the vibrant metropolis of Hamburg.

Around 1,300 national and international exhibitors will present their products, trends and innovations for the entire out-of-home market to trade visitors (previous year: 80,000 visitors). The trade fair is accompanied by international congresses such as the International Foodservice Forum and the Industry Day for Communal Catering as well as innovative industry competitions such as the INTERNORGA Future Award, the Next Chef Award and the German Gastro Founder Award.

IBIS Backwaren is also represented at this year's INTERNORGA and will be presenting a wide range of bread and pastry products for out-of-home consumption to trade visitors: Cookies, muffins, donuts, small cakes & co. will be presented as well as brioche sandwich baguettes, brioche burgers, panini and pinsa.
