Sweet IBIS Whaou! Bowl

Ingredients


  • 4 IBIS Whaou! Crêpes with cocoa creme filling & chocolate pops
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 4 tablespoons almond flakes
  • 8 strawberries
  • Spray cream
  • Strawberry sauce

Instruction

Cut the IBIS Whaou! Crêpes with cocoa creme filling & chocolate pops diagonally into strips. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of milk and the sugar. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then cook a pudding according to package instructions.

Place the pudding pot in an ice water bath and stir the pudding until cold, so it doesn't form a skin and is nice and creamy. Roast the almond flakes in a pan while stirring until its golden yellow, then let it cool.

Divide the pudding among 4 dessert bowls. Spread the Whaou! crêpes slices in a strip in the middle of the dessert bowls. Place the almond flakes in a second strip next to them. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the green and slice the strawberries. Place another strip of strawberry slices on top of the sweet-bowls. Place a fourth strip with small dots of cream and finally a thin strip with strawberry sauce. Serve immediately.
