Easter carrots in a IBIS Magdalenas-bed

Ingredients


  • 6 IBIS Magdalenas
  • 60 g marzipan raw paste
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 package of marzipan carrots
  • 6 short stalks of mint at will

Also:

  • 6 small, untreated clay pots

Instruction

Crumble the IBIS Magadalenas and set aside until further use. Rinse the clay pots thoroughly, then dry them. Spread the marzipan as plugs on the holes of the clay pots.

Remove 3 tablespoons of the milk and mix with sugar and vanilla pudding powder. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Add the mixed pudding powder, bring to a boil and then remove the pot from the stove. Stir in the mascarpone and let everything cool down completely. Then distribute it on the clay pots.

Spread the crumbled Magdalenas on the cream and dust with cocoa powder. Spread the marzipan carrots on the pots so that half of them peek out of the "earth", then "plant" the mint as desired.
