09/2009 Quality certificate for maintaining a quality policy - Presentation ceremony at the DLG-grocery convention
 
On the 23rd September 2009 the DLG - Food Testing Centre awarded our company IBIS GmbH with the "Award for the best in silver” for cakes and pastries at the DLG-grocery convention in Darmstadt.
 
Maintained quality is a key factor in product success.  Business and products intending to appeal to customers over a period of many years, have to meet the current market requirements in terms of quality at all times. 
 
By awarding its "Prize for the best" the DLG is supporting the long-term quality strategies of the food industry and in doing so is offering manufacturers the opportunity to make a name for themselves and to position themselves as credible quality leaders. 
 
The "Prize for the best" is only awarded to firms who have achieved the best annual performances in the DLG quality reviews.  In order to qualify for the "Prize for the best" in silver, firms must have demonstrated their quality by winning awards at the annual DLG quality tests for ten years.

Following on from the prize-giving, Udo Dietlin, managing director of  IBIS GmbH, expressed his satisfaction by saying that, "We attach value to ensuring that every product in our bakeries contains high-quality and checked ingredients and is baked with the skill of qualified bakers.  We are pleased to have been awarded this prize again".
