Experts confirm superb quality
 

IBIS products have once again impressed the judges at the DLG Quality Examination in both part 1 (fine baked goods) and part 2 (bread and pastries).
 
IBIS GmbH stood out with its high quality products at the DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts- Gesellschaft) Food Test Centre. IBIS satisfied the DLG Quality Examination for Fine Baked Goods, receiving three gold, five silver and two bronze medals.
 
In the bread and pastries category IBIS were awarded twelve medals: one gold, ten silver and one bronze.
 
DLG prize-winning products have to undergo a comprehensive sensory analysis, on top of a further (laboratory) inspection. “The prize-winning products are those which offer a superb taste, and give the consumer assurance of first class quality and enjoyable nourishment”, outlines DLG Project Leader Dr Thomas Schmidt, explaining the significance of the test results.
 
The DLG promotes quality of food on the basis of neutral mandatory quality standards. Their understanding of food quality is based on up-to-date scientific expertise and self-developed and recognised examination methods. DLG gold, silver or bronze awards will be awarded only to products which have fulfilled these DLG requirements.
