Liability for contents
The contents of our sites have been produced with maximum care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As service providers, we are responsible pursuant to § 7 sub-section 1 Tele-Media Act for our own contents on these sites according to the general acts. According to §§ 8 to 10 Tele-Media Act, we as service providers are however not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored outside information or to research for circumstances indicating an illicit activity. Obligations to removal or blockage of the use of information according to general acts shall remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard shall only be possible from the time of knowledge of a specific breach of law. If such breaches of law become known to us, we shall remove the contents in question without delay.
